- What are the transaction fees?
- Transaction fees are tiered based on your projected yearly sales. Each month, we calculate a blended fee percentage from your projected annual volume and apply it to your cumulative revenue, deducting any fees already paid. As your sales grow, you automatically benefit from lower rates on higher tiers. Standard payment processor fees from Stripe or Revolut apply separately.
- What payment methods can my customers use?
- We integrate with Stripe and Revolut, so your customers can pay with credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more. Additional payment gateways are coming soon.
- Can I use my own domain name?
- Yes, all plans include custom domain support. You can connect your existing domain or register a new one. We handle the SSL certificate automatically.
- What is the personalisation addon?
- The personalisation addon lets your customers customise products with their own text, images, and choices. Combined with the desktop print addon, you can create a complete made-to-order workflow. Learn more about add-ons.
- Are prices inclusive of VAT?
- All prices shown are exclusive of VAT. If your business is based in Malta, VAT at 18% will be added to your monthly subscription fee and transaction fees. Businesses based outside Malta are not charged Maltese VAT.
